摘要

Abstract

When a fault occurs on distribution line, according to the self-healing function of smart distribution network, the fault should be able to detect and isolate quickly, and restore the power supply for the load located in non-fault load loss regions rapidly. Traditional service restoration methods can attain ideal restoration scheme, however the convergence is slow and the load balancing is neglected. A fast service restoration method based on heuristic searching algorithm is proposed. Taking the least interrupted load and feeder load balancing as objectives and the least loading degree in the service restoration paths as the searching rule, the search time can be shortened and the load capability of feeders can be improved, thus the overload-caused large area outage in distribution network can be avoided. The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by calculation results of IEEE 69-bus system.
