刺五加多糖对断奶仔猪血液免疫指标的影响
Effects of Dietary Acanthopanax senticosus Polysaccharide on Immune Parameters in Blood of Weaner Piglets

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary Acanthopanax senticosus polysac-charide ( ASPS) on blood immune parameters of weaner piglets. This experiment was a 21-d growth assay, in which 96 ' Landrac x Yorkshire' crossbred weaner piglets aged (28 ± 3) days were randomly allotted to 6 diet-ary treatments supplemented with 0, 150, 300, 500, 800 and 1 000 mg/kg of ASPS, respectively. Each treatment was replicated in 4 pens containing 4 pigs per pen. The results showed that compared with the con-trol , diets supplemented with ASPS did not significantly affect the number of red blood cell (RBC) and neu-trophil in peripheral blood, the content of IL4. and the antibody levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in serum (P > 0. 05) , but significantly increased the number of white blood cell (WBC) and lymphocyte in peripheral blood and the contents of IL-2 and IFN-7 in serum (P < 0. 05). With the increase of dietary ASPS supplemental lev-el, the number of WBC (P <0. 01) and lymphocyte in peripheral blood (P <0. 01) , and serum IL-2 (P < 0. 05) and IFN-7 contents ( P <0. 01) were increased quadratically. The effects of dietary ASPS on the num-ber of WBC and lymphocyte in peripheral blood and the contents of IL-2 and IFN-7 in serum had a dose-de-pendent relationship, 500 to 1 000 mg/kg ASPS significantly affected them ( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01) except that serum IL-2 content was only affected by 800 mg/kg ASPS (P < 0. 05) , while the effects were not signifi-cant when the supplemental level was less than 500 mg/kg (P >0. 05). The results indicate that the number of WBC and lymphocyte in peripheral blood, and the contents of IL-2 and IFN-7 in serum are improved in a dose-dependent manner, and as a consequence, ASPS can enhance immunological function of weaner piglets.关键词
