摘要
Abstract
In order to meet the demand of high-speed and high-precision of data acquisition system in signal processing,a high-speed data acquisition system is designed based on a high accuracy 16 bit AD9262.FIFO and FPGA. FPGA is used to control high-speed A/D conversion and FIFO's read and write. And CPCI bus transmits data to upper management computer. Then dynamic parameters of collection system's A/D converter are analyzed by Matlab platform and FFT algorithm. The results of experiment show that AD has reached all dynamic parameters. The results also have verified design's rationality of high-speed data acquisition system.关键词
