香竹愈伤组织诱导研究
Study on callus inducement of Chimonocalamus delicates

Abstract
Based on murashige and skoog (MS) medium, induction and proliferation of callus under different concentration of 2,4-D, KT, and 6-BA were used for the evaluation of the effect of callus. Seeds, sterile roots, sterile stems and sterile leaves were used as explants for evaluation of the callus induction efficacy of Chimonocalamus delicatus. The results showed that MS + 3.0 mg·L-12,4-D + 0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA was an optimum medium for callus inducing with different conditions. 1.0 mg·L-12,4-D coordinated with 1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA and 0.5 mg·L-1 KT in MS, were more suitable for callus proliferation of C. delicatus. The root cap could be easier to induce callus formation than stem and leaves. However, seeds are the most proper explants to induce the callus formation.关键词
