鹅源鸭1型甲肝病毒的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Duck Hepatitis Virus A type 1 with Goose-origin
摘要
Abstract
A disease with gosling liver bleeding as the main pathological syndrome occurred in Guangdong Province in 2012. A virus strain named GD-01 was isolated from a dead gosling, which could cause death on the duck embryo within 96 hours. 8 days-old Muscovy ducklings infected with GD-01 showed the opisthotonos and liver bleeding before deuth. GD-01 was characterized by RT-PCR using specific primers for duck hepatitis virus A type 1, and an 199 bp fragment was amplified. Genetic analysis showed that the isolated strain belonged to duck hepatitis virus A type 1.关键词
