废弃交联发泡EVA物料的机械力化学解交联及产物热性能研究
Study on Mechanochemical Decrosslinking for the Crosslinked and Foamed EVA Waste Material and Thermal Properties of the Decrosslinked Product

Abstract
The mechanical energy input by Roller rotors in HAAKE torque rheometer was used to achieve mechanochemical decrosslinking for the crosslinked and foamed ethylene-vinyl acetate co-polymer (EVA) waste material. The sol contents of the decrosslinked product were extracted and the results showed that at first the sol contents were rapidly increased with the decrosslinking time increase and then a little change of the sol contents was observed. When decrosslinking time was still increased, the sol contents dropped instead. Fourier transform infrared spectrum and thermogravim-etric analysis were used to measure the sol contents and they showed that the molecular structures of the sol contents were very similar to that of pure EVA. While the decrosslinking time was increased , the branched degrees of the sol contents increased. Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis tests indicated that the decrosslinked product contained multiphases and multicomponents. There were more than two glass transition temperatures for the decrosslinked product, with development of decrosslinking actions, these glass transition temperatures were close to each other. Compared with pure EVA, the glass transition temperatures of the decrosslinked product were shifted to higher temperatures. Scanning electron microscopy results showed that the surfaces of the decrosslinked product became smoothly, particle sizes were reduced, and the compatibility and thermoplastic properties of the multiphase and multicomponent decrosslinked product had also been improved by mecha-nochemical decrosslinking actions. Mechanochemical decrosslinking was an efficient method in great favor of the recycle resource for this waste material.关键词
