Abstract
Sucrose phosphate synthase is the key enzyme for sucrose accumulation in plant, which contains two specific domain in its promoter region, light-response element ATCT-motif and meristem-specificity element CAT-box. To concretely analyze the function of ATCT-motif and CAT-box from sucrose phosphate synthase Ⅲ in sugarcane, the fragment containing these two elements from promoter region ( - 1 320 ~-1 210) was cloned and inserted into yeast one-hybrid bait vector to construct pAbAi-SPS Ⅲ-AB vector which then was transformed to yeast to screen the binding proteins. It provided a framework for further investigation on the regulation mechanism of SPS gene in sugarcane.关键词
