夹竹桃多糖对小鼠免疫活性的影响
Influence of Nerium indicum Mill.Polysaccharides on Immunological Function of Mouse

Abstract
Carbon clearance experiment and the testing of the immune organs index is proceeded to discuss the effect of Nerium indicum Mill. polysaccharides on mice macrophages' function and the immune organs index. Phagocytosis test is also operated to determine the action of Nerium indicum Mill. polysaccharides on mice abdominal macrophages. MTT assay is used to determine the role of Nerium indicum Mill. polysaccharides on the proliferation of T and B splenic lymphocytes. The results show that the function of mice macrophages and abdominal macrophages are greatly improved by Nerium indicum Mill. polysaccharides, and the immune organs index is also remarkably increased. The proliferation levels of T and B splenic lymphocytes are evidently increased. All these results lead us to the conclusion that Nerium indicum Mill. polysaccharides has great potential to enhance to the immunity function of mice.关键词
