石英孔梯度陶瓷材料的孔结构控制工艺研究
Technology research of porous structure control of quartz pore gradient ceramic materials

Abstract
The technology of quartz pore gradient ceramics was studied with the low grade quartz sand of Yangtze River coast as raw material via the vacuum sintering method, which lays technology foundation for exploiting new heat insulating materials. The research results show that when the ratio of water to materials is 1.0, the compactibility and pore distribution of pore gradient ceramics is better. The porosity first increases and then decreases with the increasing sintering temperature. The optimal sintering temperature is 1 1001 , the density is 1.343g/cm , the porosity is 48.7% , the compressive strength is 7. 071MPa, and the transition of pore gradient structure is uniform.关键词
