Abstract
Objective; To evaluate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of laparoscopic left hepatolobectomy combined with hole-dochoscopic common bile duct exploration. Methods: The clinical data of 45 patients who suffered from left intrahepatic bile duct calculi and choledocholith and underwent laparoscopic left patolobectomy combined with choledochoscopic choledocholithotomy from Jun. 2009 to Jan. 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results; All operations were conducted successfully. The operation duration was 126-185 min,mean(145 ±47) min. The intraoperative blood loss was 120-450 ml,mean (210 ±63) ml. Bile leakage occurred in 4 patients. Conclusions; Combined application of laparoscopic left hepatolobectomy and choledochoscopic common bile duct exploration is a safe and effective procedure for patients with intra- and extra-hepatic bile duct calculi.关键词
