Abstract
Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy ( LC ) to treat acute calculous cholecystitis. Methods :The clinical data of 158 patients with acute calculous cholecystitis who underwent LC from Jan. 2010 to Aug. 2012 was retrospectively analyzed. Results ;LC was successfully accomplished in 156 cases,2 cases were converted to open cholecystectomy (1 case of common bile duct injury underwent biliary repair and T-tube drainage, and T tube was removed after 6 months; 1 case was caused by severe adhesion of gallbladder and Calot triangle). Two cases of postoperative bile leakage were treated conservatively and cured. Conclusions: With the development of laparoscopic technique and extension of operative indication, LC is safe and feasible in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis.关键词
