摘要

Abstract

Graphene and its derivatives have attracted extensive attentions due to their excellent and unique properties, and various graphene-based sensors have been developed. This article is focused on the applica?tions of graphene-based or graphene oxide-based optical biosensor, especially giving a detailed overview of fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) and colorimetry biosensors. The underlying strategies and sensor characteristics were extensively discussed.
