八肋游仆虫中心蛋白的核磁共振研究
NMR studies on the Euplotes octocarinatus centrin
摘要
Abstract
The structural and Ca2+ binding properties of Euplotes octocarinatus Centrin (EoCen) and two fragments ( LC terminal domain ( EoCen - LC) and N terminal domain ( EoCen - N) ) were studied using solution NMR. The spectra of EoCen, EoCen - LC and EoCen - N domains were severely o-verlapped and highly disordered in the apo state, indicates a high conformational disorder, conforma-tional exchange or aggregation. Although the spectra of EoCen and LC terminal domain were improved in the presence of Ca2+ , the structures were not suitable for study using solution NMR. The N terminal domain (EoCen - N) become well structured in the presence of Ca2 + and amenable to structure determination by NMR.关键词
