对电极性能对染料敏化太阳电池动力学过程的影响
Investigation of the Dynamic Processes in Dye-sensitized Solar Cells Based on Capability of Counter Electrode

Abstract
The charge transfer dynamic processes in dye-sensitized solar cells ( DSC) with a TiO2 porous counter electrode was investigated by electrochemistry impedance spectrum (EIS ) and intensity-modulated pho-tocurrent spectroscopy (IMPS)/intensity-modulated photovoltage spectroscopy (IMVS). The relationship between several dominating charge transfer processes in DSC was discussed. The effect mechanism of different counter electrode materials on short-circuit current density (JSC) and fill factors (FF) were analysed by equivalent circuit. It is found that, the electron transport process in TiO2 anode is seriously limited by a bad counter electrode material. The capability of counter electrode is mainly determined by the activity of catalyzer, the conductance of the carrier material and the effective contact area.关键词
