聚苯乙烯共价键合磷铵两性离子的结构修饰及血液相容性
Surface Modification of Polystyrene via Covalently-attaching Phosphoryicholine Zwitterion and Its Blood Compatibility

Abstract
To be more compatible with blood, polystyrene ( PS) was covalently-attached with phosphorylcho-line(l) via ether bond. After activated by chloromethylation reaction, the PS was constructed with compound 1 by the reaction between benzyl chloride and hydroxyl group. The existence of phosphorylcholine structure onto the surface of PS was revealed by attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( ATR-FTIR) and 1H NMR. The contact angle measurement of grafted PS membrane indicated that the grafted films possessed relatively hydrophilic surface. The blood compatibilities of grafted PS were evaluated by platelet-rich plasma adhesion experiment. The novel segmented PS containing phosphorylcholine structure improved blood compatibility.关键词
