摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of FM hinge micro attachment used in Kennedy II dentition defect. Methods 27 patients with Kennedy II dentition defect were collected and replaced with FM hinge micro attachments. All patients were followed up for 12 months to 3 years. The effects were evaluated based on subjective feeling, clinical and X-ray examination. Results All patients were satisfied with the FM hinge micro attachments which had good masticatory function, was comfortable, stable and beautiful, and the alveolar of abutment teeth appeared no obvious absorption examined by clinical and X-ray. Conclusion FM hinge micro attachment represents a functional, aesthetic and biological solution in Kennedy II dentition defect besides implant supported denture.关键词
