摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of platelet P - selectin on tumor necrosis factor - α and vascular endothelial growth factor secreted by B16 cells. Methods The B16 cells were co - cultured with the platelets from C57 mice and P - selectin knockout mice. The TNF -α and VEGF concentrations in the supernatant were assessed using ELISA. Results The VEGF concentration was significantly higher in C57 group than that in P - selectin knockout group, though there was no significant difference in TNF - α. Conclusion Platelet P - selectin promotes B16 cells lo secrete VEGF, but with no effect on TNF - α关键词
