恒前牙外伤冠折后断冠再接与复合树脂直接修复的疗效比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of the permanent anterior tooth restoration by fragment re-attachment and the resin build - up. Methods A total of 116 permanent anterior teeth from 108 patients with intact incis-al edge segments were selected and divided into Group A and B, in which the subjects were treated with reattachment with the enamel - dentin adhesive and the resin composite, and rebuilt - up by the composite resin, respectively. And all cases were assessed clinically with a 2 - year follow - up. Results The success rates in Group A and B were 93. 8% and 88. 2% , respectively, with no significant difference between them. Conclusion The permanent anterior teeth restoration by fragment reattachment and resin build - up present are conservative, cost - effective, simple and aesthetic treatments.关键词
