摘要

Abstract

Soil microorganism of artificial Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica in Mu Us sandland were measured. The results showed that: soil bacteria, soil actinomycetes and soil fungi of different plantation ages of artificial Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica were different, soil bacteria and soil fungi increased as the plantation age went by; soil actinomycetes rose significantly during the CK, 7~23 year period, and it peaked at the 23rd year and dropped apparently at the 31rd year. The three types of microorganism decreased as the soil depth deepened, and the distribution of them in different dune parts presented as: interdune land 〉 leeward slope 〉 windward slope 〉 dune tops. After artificial Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica was established on the wind-drift sand, the number of soil microorganism rised, soil fertility level was increased.
