电针足三里穴抑制肠缺血/再灌注大鼠血浆黏附分子水平增加的实验研究
Electroacupuncture at Zusanli point(足三里穴) inhibits the increase of soluble adhesion molecules levels in plasma of rats with intestinal ischemia/reperfusion

Abstract
Objective: To observe changes in aeetyleholine ( ACh) content in the plasma of rats with intestinal ischemia/reperfnsion and its relation to change in contents of endotheliai adhesion molecules and proinflammatory mediators, and to explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism of electroacupuncture at Zusanli point ( 足三里穴). Methods: Forty adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups; sham intestinal ischemia/reperfnsion (S) , intestinal ischemia /reperfnsion ( IR ) , intestinal ischemia/reperfnsion pins electro acupuncture at Znsanli point (IRE), and intestinal ischemia/reperfnsion pins sham electroacnpnnctnre ( IRSE) groups. The intestinal ischemia/ reperfnsion was replicated by occluding the superior mesenteric artery (SMAO) for 45 minutes, followed by 1 hour and 3 hours of intestinal reperfnsion (IR1 h and IR3h). Rats in IRE and IRSE groups were subjected to electroacnpnnctnre at Znsanli point or sham electroacnpnnctnre for 30 minutes after SMAO for 15 minutes. Enzyme linked immnnoadsorbent assay ( ELISA) method was adopted to determine the contents of plasma ACh, E-selectin, intercellular adhesion molecule -1(ICAM-1), vascular endotheliai growth factor ( VEOF) and tumor necrosis factor-α ( TNF-α ) in rats with intestinal reperfnsion for 1 hour and 3 hours following 45 minutes of ischemia. Results: The increase in the plasma contents of TNF-α, E-selectin, ICAM-1 and VEGF was delayed in IR1h and IR3h rats, and plasma ACh content was reduced in IR3h rats ( P<0. 05, vs. IR IK). IRE rats showed decreased plasma TNF-α, VEGF and soluble adhesion molecules contents, and enhanced plasma ACh content in comparison with IR rats. Compared to the IR group, plasma TNF-α and ICAM-1 contents also decreased in IRSE rats after reperf nsion for 3 hours, and plasma ACh content also decreased. Conclusions: These findings indicate that activation of endotheliai cell and enhancement of inflammatory reaction after ischemia and reperfnsion of intestine may he related to decreased cholinergic activity. Electro acupuncture at Znsanli point can contribute to an increase of the cholinergic activity, which suppresses the expression and release of endotheliai adhesion molecules and pro inflammatory cytokines.关键词
