下肢深静脉血栓高危因素分析
Discussion of the risk factors of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the risk factors associated with lower limbs deep venous thrombosis ( LDVT). Methods :The data of 484 cases with LDVT visited General Hospital of PLA from November 2010 to February 2011 were analyzed, and a cohort of 462 cases without thrombosis or thrombosis history in the same period served as controls by complete random sampling method. A survey of the related risk factors of LDVT was performed, and a multivariate and unconditioned logistic regression analysis was performed. Result: The high-risk factors of LDVT were lung tumor (u = 4. 399) , pelvic tumor( u = 1. 986) , joint surgery ( u = 2. 041 ) , pelvic surgery ( u = 2. 052) , bone fracture or soft tissue injury (u = 2. 147) , joint inflammation(u = 1. 976) ,all P<0. 05. Conclusion: It is necessary to take preventive measures to prevent LDVT in the patients with the above risk factors.关键词
