摘要

Abstract

TIn this paper, the fluidized bed was used as the reaction equipment, we could change the flow velocity of gas in it to enable the silica fume to reach its best fluidized state, by comparing the carbon removal in silica fume both in air atmosphere and oxygen atmosphere, it adjusted the reaction temperature and reaction time to seek its optimal values. The result show; under oxygen atmosphere, 700 ℃ of reaction temperature, 3.0 h of reaction time, the content of free carbon in silica fume dropped from 1.25% to 0.05% , the content of loss on ignition dropped from 1.25% to 0.92% , the content of silicon oxide increased from 81.62% to 85. 92%. under air atmosphere, 700 ℃ of reaction temperature, 3. 0 h of reaction time, the content of free carbon in silica fume dropped from 1.25% to 0.027% , the content of loss on ignition dropped from 1. 25% to 0. 99% , the content of silicon oxide increased from 81. 62% to 86.97%. This technology could effectively remove the free carbon impurity in silica fume, improve the purity of silica fume, increase the added value of products.
