Synthesis of Fe3O4/graphene Oxide Composite Nanoparticles in Hydrothermal System
摘要
Abstract
The Fe3O4/graphene oxide composite nanoparticles were prepared at 200 ℃ in hydrothermal system. A series of analytic instruments, such as transmission electron microscope ( TEM) , X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), were used to reveal that Fe3O4/ graphene oxide composite nanoparticle is made up of Fe3O4 nanoparticle with diameter about 20 nm and graphene oxide. It is found that graphene oxide is important to the synthesis of Fe3O4 nanoparticles.关键词
