LSX分子筛的合成及吸附性能研究
Studies on Synthesis and Adsorption Properties of the LSX Molecular Sieve

Abstract
LSX molecular sieve was synthesized by two step hydrothermal process, and was characterized by XRD, TG-DTA and BET. When n(SiO2)/n( A12O3) was 2, the influence of different water to alkali and crystallization time on the crystalline structure of molecular sieve, the influence of lithium exchange on thermal stability of LSX powder and the influence of different mixture composition and crystallization time on the H2O and N2 adsorption properties was investigated. The results showed pure LSX powder was synthesized within the narrow range of water. A type and S type miscellaneous crystals were produced owing to more crystallization time. The thermal stability of the lithium exchange LSX powder was declined. As to adsorption properties, it was discovered that the trend of static H2O adsorption curve and N2 adsorption curve was basically the same. When n(H2O)/n( H2O + K2O) was 17 and ra(Na2O)/ n (Na2O + K2O) was 0. 77, the best ra(Na2O + K2O)/n(SiO2) was 3. 50; when the crystallization temperature is 100 X., the best crystallization time was 1.5 h.关键词
