离子热法制备Li4Ti5O12负极材料及其电化学性能
Ionothermal Synthesis and Electrochemical Properties of Li4Ti5O12 Anode Material

Abstract
A Li4Ti5O12 anode material was prepared with tetrabutyl titanate and lithium acetate as raw materials via ionothermal synthesis of diethanolamine acetate at low temperature and atmospheric pressure and calcination. The crystalline structure, morphology and the electrochemical performance of the material were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and gal-vanostatic charge-discharge method, respectively. The results show that the particle size of the product sintered at 700℃ for 12 h is 300 nm, and the product exhibits the superior electrochemical performance and the discharge capacity of 162.8 mA-h/g at 0.1 C rate. The discharge capacity was 150.3 mA-h/g after 20-cycles.关键词
