葛根总黄酮分散片的处方工艺研究及溶出度测定
Preparation and dissolution of Radix Puerariae flavones dispersible tablets
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the shaping technology of Radix Puerariae flavones dispersible tablets and study the release characteristics in vitro. Methods The single factor test and orthogonal design were used to obtain the optimal formulation with the disintegrating time as index. Results The disintegration time of optimized tablets was in 50 seconds,and the dispersible uniform was excellent. The released rate parameters of dispersible tablets were remarkably smaller than the control group (P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion Radix Puerariae dispersible tablets had the characteristics of fast and homogeneously dispersing and quick releasing of active constituents.关键词
