正交试验优选天麻的水提取工艺
Orthogonal optimization of water extracting technology of Gastrodia elata Bl
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the technological parameters of water extracting gastrodin from Gastrodia elata Bl. . Methods An orthogonal test was designed to evaluate the effects of extraction solvent ratio, time and number of times on dry extract yield and gastrodin quality fraction. Results The optimum conditions for extracting gastrodin from Gastrodia elata were as follows; extracting for three times with 12 times of water and one and a half hours each time. Conclusion This process is stable and applicable, which may provide a technology for the extraction of the total active ingredients, and a reference for the production of Gastrodia elata dispensing granule.关键词
