家族性腺瘤性息肉病基因工程小鼠模型脾脏的病理学研究
Study of the spleen pathological changes in APCmin mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the change of spleen histological structure and the function of exiramedullary hematopoietic system in APCmin mice, in which the WNT signaling pathway is sustained activation. Method The spleen was extracted and subjected to histological examination in APCmin mice. And peripheral blood test was also detected in APCmin mice. Result The spleen was significantly enlarged and histological structure was also obviously changed in APCmin mice. Peripheral blood test showed that red blood cell count significantly decreased in APCmin mice. Conclusion Because of the sustained activation of WNT signaling pathway in APCmin mice, the function of spleen hematopoietic system changed and then the peripheral blood components were affected.关键词
