摘要
Abstract
The Hydroxytyrosol's chemical name is 3 ,4-Dihydroxyphenylethanol which mainly presents in olives leaves and fruits as esters and it provides an exceptional antioxidative activity. The Hydroxytyrosol has many biological activities. Combined with domestic and foreign research,its pharmacological activity and mechanism will be introduced in this paper, including anti-cancer, anti-cardiovascular diseases, anti-microbial, protecting retinal pigment epithelial cells, anti-osteoporosis and so on.关键词
