Research progress on neurotoxicity effect of β-amyloid protein and mitochondrial dysfunction
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease ( AD) is the most common type of Alzheimer s, and its pathogenesis is complex, p-amyloid protein ( AD) is considered to be the key factor of inducing AD. The neurotoxicity of Aβ mediates nerve cell mitochondrial dysfunction, which is an important event in AD pathogenesis. In the present paper,the neurotoxicity of Aβ and mitochondrial dysfunction are reviewed in recent years.关键词
