昆山市9849名学龄前儿童龋齿患病现状分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors which impact preschool childhood caries in Kunshan. Methods Logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the caries status of 9 849 children in Kunshan and the association with related factors. Results The caries incidence of deciduous tooth among preschool children was 37. 21% . The differences in caries incidence among different age groups were statistically significant (χ2 = 215. 33 ,P <0.001 ). There were six factors entering the logistic regression analysis, including age, frequency of brushing, whether eating after brushing, whether having the habit of eating between meals and eating candy, whether receiving oral examination, and whether preventing caries. Conclusion Education on oral health should be strengthened, and intervention on children' s oral health as early as possible will prevent dental caries effectively.关键词
