Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of putting Mirna after different hysteroscopic treatments of endometrial polyp ( EMP ). Methods One hundred and eight cases of EMP were randomly divided into three groups, group A ( n = 35 ) had Mirna immediately after hysteroscopy with curettage ( HC ), group B ( n = 31 ) had Mirna immediately after hysteroscopic polypectomy ( HPE ), and group C ( n =42 ) had no special treatment after HPE. The clinical data and follow-up results of three groups were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in postoperative recurrence rate (χ =8.496 ), endometrial thickness at 3, 6, 12 and 24 months after operation ( F value was 775.51, 2 334. 26, 2 848. 54 and 2 465. 40, respectively ) and menstrual quantity ( F value was 27 414. 63, 8 764. 57, 10414.45 and 11 531.27, respectively) among three groups and in descending rate of Mirna (χ2 =5. 532 ) between group A and group B ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Putting Mirna after different treatments on EMP can improve menorrhagia condition, reduce endometrial thickness and the recurrence rate of EMP. Putting Mirna after HC can be performed in outpatient department without hospitalization, and the descending rate is lower. It deserves promoting.关键词
