拮抗菌AYM-18对番茄叶霉病的抑制作用
Inhibitory effect of antagonistic strain AYM-18 against tomato leaf mold

Abstract
[Objective]The tomato leaf mold inhibition effect on antagonistic bacteria AYM-18 was studied in order to provide scientific basis for new biological pesticide development in tomato production. [Method]Using both the antibacterial circle method and immersion method, the effects of tomato leaf mold on antagonistic strain AYM-18 were determined to study the pathogen growth and the pathogen inhibition on spore germination. Also, by field investigation, the effects of antagonistic strain AYM-18 on tomato leaf mold prevention was determined. [ Result ]The antagonistic effects of bacteria AYM-18 on tomato leaf mold pathogen inhibition were significant. The inhibition zone measured with an average width of 32 mm diameter, and its average inhibition rate of chlamydospores germination reached 97.4%. The pot control effect, regardless of medication application before or after inoculation, produced the relative control rate of over 60%. [Conclusion] Antagonistic strain AYM-18 exhibited strong antifungal activity against Fulvia fulva and displayed good biocontrol potential for biocontrol fungicide development.关键词
