盛果期枣树根系空间分布规律研究
Spatial distribution characteristics of jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) roots during full fruiting period

Abstract
[Objective]This study researched the spatial distribution characteristics of jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) roots during full fruiting period in order to provide theoretical basis for water fertilizer management in jujube fields. [Method]Adopting the profile mining method and the stratified sampling method, the spatial distribution of jujube absorbing roots (root diameter<2 mm) during full fruiting period was analyzed using the WinRHIZO Pro2010a analysis system. [Result]The row roots in the horizontal direction (0-425 cm) decreased as the trunk horizontal distance increased. In the vertical direction (0-160 cm) , the row roots first increased then decreased as the soil depth increased. Areas with the most intensive root length density were located at the horizontal distance of 0-125 cm and the vertical depth of 0-80 cm, and the area with the most concentrated root surface area density was located at the horizontal distance of 0-175 cm and the vertical depth of 0-90 cm. [Conclusion]Soil within the horizontal distance of 0-200 cm and the vertical distance of 0?0 cm was considered to be important jujube water fertilizer management area since the root length density and surface area density of the soil were all above 80.00%. Also, the soil texture was one of the important factors affecting roots distribution.关键词
