河北临城经济开发区土地集约利用评价
Intensive land-use evaluation of Lincheng economic development zone in Hebei Province
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ]This research evaluated the intensive land-use of Lincheng economic development zone and put forward countermeasures for intensive land-use in order to provide basis for the government auditing of development zone expansion. [Method]From the 3 aspects of land use condition, land use efficiency, and land management performance, the intensive land-use evaluation index system for the developmental zone was constructed and the availability of intensive land-use was evaluated using the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method. [ Result ]The scores for land use condition, land use efficiency, and land management performance were respectively 97.77, 45.48, and 100.00. The total score was evaluated at 81.88, so Lincheng economic development zone belongs to the intensive land-use type. [Suggestion] In order to guarantee the sustainable land-use in Lincheng economic development zone, the government should implement the following suggestions: strictly enforce relevant policies and measures, and establish the long-term land monitoring mechanism; build strict land examination and approval system, and gradually establish a management mechanism to support efficient enterprises and eliminate inefficient enterprises; optimize the industrial structure, and actively promote the zone transition from start-up to developmental growth; lastly, improve the land market, and develop resource allocation in the market.关键词
