八角莲含药血清对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721的抑制作用研究

摘要
Abstract
To study the inhibition of proliferation by the herb serum containing Dysosma ver-sipellis (Hance) M. Cheng extract (DVE) on cells. Methods: The cytotoxicity of the herb serum containing DVE human hepatic carcinoma cells SMMC-7721was evaluated by MTT method. Results: DVE group showed as effective inhibiting activity in SMMC-7721 cells as sorafenib group ( P >0. 05). Conclusion: The herb serum contained DVE has strong effective cytotoxicity activity in SMMC-7721 cells.关键词
