摘要

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to get the electroless Ni-P plating on the surface of Zr-8 Al alloy. The Ni-P plating was even, cystiform and amorphous. The ingredient of phosphating solution was obtained as follows: 15 g/L H3PO4, 3 g/L ZnSO4, 1. 5 g/L NaF, 0.15 g/L organic amine. Phosphating was carried at 45℃ for 2 minutes with pH value of 2. 5~3. 0. The ingredient of electroless bath was: 20 g/LNiSO4,40 g/LNaH2PO2, 40 g/L(NH4)2SO4,40 g/L CH3COONa, 1 mg/L (CH3COO)2Pb. Electroless plating was carried at 80℃ for 1 hour with pH value of 5. 5~6. 0. From microhardness, electrochemical polarization, XRD and SEM results, it is shown that the corrosion resistance and microhardness of Zr-Al alloy with Ni-P plating were remarkably improved.
