摘要

Abstract

Three isozymes of esterase ( EST ) , glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase ( GOT) and glutamate dehy-drogenase(GLD) were performed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to study the formating mechanism of heterosis of Foxtail Millet using hybrid Millet Zhang No. 3,5 ,6 and their parents respectively. The results indicated that the isozyme bands of EST, GOT and GLD were 14,7 and 1 respectively in hybrid Millet Zhang and their parents. The tested individuals and parents differed in number, Rf, activity or width of the EST and GOT bands. Esterase isozyme bands type of hybrid Millets were mainly parental complementary, zymogram pattern of both GOT and GLD in hybrid Millets were same as their parents. There is a correlation between the isozymes of patterns of EST and GOT and the formation of heterosis in hybrid Millet Zhang.
