摘要

Abstract

This study investigated the effect of supplementation with probiotics on performance of late lactation dairy cows. 48 cows with similar Body weight, party, milk production and days in milk (DIM) were allocated randomly to 4 treatments. Treatments consisted of control ( no supplemental probiotics) , YC ( control diet plus yeast (15 g/d) ) ,LC (control diet plus lactic acid bacteria (1 g/d) ) , and NT ( control diet plus bacillus subtilis natto (1 g/d) ) ?The feeding trial lasted for 9 weeks :2 weeks of diet adaptation and 7 weeks of experimental period. The results showed that different probiotics have different effects on milk yield and milk composition. Milk production was greater (P <0.05) for late lactation dairy cows supplemented with LC and NT than for those on YC and control treatments, milk quality was significantly improved by treatments LC and NT. Treatment YC had no effect on Milk production and quality were not effected significantly by yeast supplementation. Electrical conductivity was decreased significantly by probiotics supplementation ( P < 0.05). Somatic cell counts tended to be decreased (P>0.05).
