盐酸丁卡因胶浆辅助临床导尿对患者舒适度的影响研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the impact of tetracaine hydrochloride glue-assisted clinical cathe-terization on patient comfort. Method: 3281 patients required catheterization in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group treated with tetracaine hydrochloride due to glue-assisted clinical catheterization, Control group were treated with paraffin oil auxiliary clinical catheterization. Result: The experimental group patients intubation time success rate was significantly higher ( p 〈0. 05 ), the experimental group were intubated degree of pain was significantly lower than the control group ( P〈0. 05 ), experimental group of patients with catheterization after l0 min urethra to stimulate significantly lower than the control group ( P〈0. 05 ), experimental group patients intubation and after intubation related indicators were superior to the control group ( P〈0. 05 ),There's no significant difference in two groups of patients with complications and adverse reactions ( P〉0. 05 ). Conclusion: Tetracaine hydrochloride the mortar auxiliary clinical catheterization can improve the skin lesions of patients comfort, and improve the success rate in patients with a catheterization.关键词
