Abstract
Objective: To investigate the different management in the clinical pathway of inguinal hernia treated with different styles of operations. Method: The retrospective study was conducted on 167 patients with inguinal hernia in the clinical pathway. 39 patients were performed tension-free hernioplasty,97 patients were performed totally extraperitoneal prosthesis and 31 patients were performed laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac. Result: The total hospital time, hospital time after operation, the time of pain and the cost of hospitalization were significant difference in the three groups. There was no statistical difference in time before operation in the three groups. Conclusion: According the difference of operations, different management in the clinical pathway of inguinal hernia is helpful to shorten hospital time and reduce the cost of hospitalization.关键词
