摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of the old coronary heart disease with depression and find out effective treatment for senile coronary heart disease associated with depression, so that the patients with old coronary heart disease with depression can be treated as soon as possible, reducing the mortality. Method: Reviewing the 40 cases clinical treatments of those who had coronary heart disease with depression from November 2010 to November 2011 . Result: Through clinical analysis, We found that the elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) with depression would occur such symptoms: serious anxiety, unstable emotion, lack of sleep etc. With those cases, heart rate of the patients will change, which seriously influence the patients' health. Depression can increase the older get the coronary heart disease. Conclusion: Depression has strong relevance with the old age coronary heart disease. Summarizes the clinical characteristics of coronary heart disease, looking for effective treatments for senile coronary heart disease with depression, hope that there will be great significance to the senile coronary heart disease treatments.关键词
