摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effect and safety of bipolar coagulation hemostasis by endoscope in patients with intractable epistaxis. Method:38 patients with intractable epistaxis in our hospital from September 2009 to July 2011 were selected as control group,they were treated with routine nasal packing hemostasis, and 38 patients at the same time were selected as observation group,and they were treated with bipolar coagulation hemostasis by endoscope , then the total effective rate of different sites and total sites, hospitaliza-tion time, recurrence rate during the foliow up period, incidence of complications and WHO quality of life scale before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Result:The total effective rate of different sites and total sites of observation group were all higher than those of control group, hospitalization time was shorter than that of control group, recurrence rate during the follow up period and incidence of complications were lower than those of control group, scores of WHO quality of life scale after the treatment at second and forth week were all higher than those of control group,all P<0. 05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion: The effect and safety of bipolar coagulation hemostasis by endoscope in patients with intractable epistaxis is comfirmed, the clinical application value is higher.关键词
