复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of ketosteril in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Method ; 54 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into 2 groups. The patients in control group were underwent conventional therapy, while patients in the experiment group were underwent ketosteril added by vein. Treatment courses lasted 8 weeks in both groups. Biochemical indicators were detected before and after therapy. Result: After the therapy, the values of BUN, Scr,TC,TG, phosphorus and PTH were reduced, while the ALB and hypocalceamia were promoted significantly in the experiment groups (P<0. 05 ). And there were significant difference between the values in experiment group and those in control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: The ketosteril treatment for the chronic renal failure can protect the renal function and delay the process of renal failure.关键词
