宫颈癌根治术联合化疗对患者术后生存的影响

Abstract
Objective: To study effects of radical correction combined chemotherapy in cervical cancer. Method: 62 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 31 cases. The observation group was treated by radical correction combined chemotherapy. The control group was treated by radical correction. Result: The total effective rate of observation group was 90. 32% , was obviously higher than that of the control group (79.97% ), P<0.05. The complication rate of observation group was 9.68% , was obviously lower than that of the control group (25. 81% ), P<0.05. The positive rate of lymph node, positive rate of vaginal cutting margin and the positive rate of parametrial involvement of observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group, P<0. 05. Conclusion: Radical correction combined chemotherapy in cervical cancer has curative effect. It is convenient, safe and feasible.关键词
