椎管减压椎弓根钉内固定治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效观察

Abstract
Objective: To observe and study the treatment effect of spinal canal decompression pedicle screws fixation in treating lumbar spinal stenosis. Method: 45 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were selected as research objects. All the patients were treated with spinal canal decompression pedicle screws fixation , and there were 33 patients with intervertebral disc degeneration, patients with scoliosis and 8 patients with 1 -3 degrees finding subluxation. The main lesions segments are that there were 32 patients with 2 segments stenosis in which there were 21 patients with L4-S,segment, 11 patients with L3-5 segment, 13 patients with 3 segmental stenosis patients which are L3 -S, segment. The treatment effect was observed, and the patients were followed up regularly. Result: The patients were followed up for 6-36 months after operation, and improving lumbar dysfunction index scores which was formulated by NASS was used to determine the treatment effect. As for 45 patients, the total efficacy rate was 88.89% , and there was 1 case with internal fixation loosening or breakage. Conclusion: Spinal canal decompression pedicle screws fixation can make the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis improve effectively, and the decompression on patients after operation is more thorough, which is worthy to be used for reference and popularized.关键词
