摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explor clinical features and ECT myocardial imaging in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Method: 86 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease according to the clinical features, which can be divided into group A and group B. Group A patients with clinically no chronic complete left bundle branch block ( CLBBB ) or left anterior fascicular block ( LAFB ). Group B patients clinically without chronic complete left bundle branch block ( CLBBB ) and left anterior fascicular block ( LAFB ) symptoms. The patients have normal ECG and ECT myocardial imaging. Result: In patients with chronic complete left bundle branch block ( CLBBB ) or left anterior fascicular block ( LAFB ) of group A, Unstable angina pectoris morbidity and heart function more than grade M number was significantly higher than that without chronic complete left bundle branch block ( CLBBB ) and left anterior fascicular block ( LAFB ) of the B group, Significant differences exist, there was statistical significance. Conclusion: Coronary heart disease in patients with cardiac function class and the site of bleeding and chronic complete left bundle branch block ( CLBBB ) and left anterior fascicular block ( LAFB ) into a certain correlation.关键词
