Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical features of unstable type pelvic posterior ring damage and percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixed effect in supine position under the guidance of the C-arm. Method:The clinical data of twenty-four patients with unstable type pelvic posterior ring damage were collected, then they were given using percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation, and recorded the relevant data, in addition, observed the clinical curative effect of radioactive therapy and were pleased with the results by the follow-up system. Result: Radioactive evaluation patients satisfaction is 18 and 6 cases,respectively,the clinical results were satisfactory,and the general, and respectively dealing in nine cases, twelve and three cases. Conclusion: Percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixed effect in supine position under the guidance of the C-arm is safe, effective and with less trauma.关键词
