Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of atorvastatin calcium combined with astragalus on early diabetic nephropathy patients with renal function and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines influence. Method: 80 patients with standard were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group, the patients in two groups were given a diabetic diet, controlled of blood glucose and other treatment, the observation group with atorvastatin calcium capsules and astragalus. Result: The UAER, 24h urine protein and Cr, and serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF- a level were compared, there were no significant differences between them ( P > 0. 05 );after the end of treatment, indexes were decreased ( P < 0. 05 ), but the patients in the observation group ( P < 0. 05 ) was more significant. The total effective rate was 87. 50% of the patients in the observation group , It was significantly higher than that of control group, There's statistically significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Effect of atorvastatin combined with astragalus adjuvant treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with ease, microalbuminuria and renal protective effects, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
