摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the influence of hepatocyte growth factor on P-selectin in experimental colitis of mice, and the potential mechanism of HGF. Method: Sixty mice were randomized into 6 groups:normal group,model group,normal saline treated group( NS ),HGF treated group( HGF ),SASP treated group and HGF and SASP treated group. Except the mice in normal group, all mice were induced by ox-azolone enema. NS was intraperitoneally injected in the mice of NS group( 0. lmL · body-1 · d-1 )after enema . HGF was intraperitoneally injected in the mice of HGF group( 100ug · body'1 · d-1 )after enema. SASP was given by gavage in the mice of SASP group( 200mg · kg-1 · d-1 ) after enema. The mice of HGF and SASP group were treated with both HGF and SASP. All mice were sacrificed at 13th day. Gene expression of P-selectin were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR( FQ-PCR ). Result: The expression of P-selectin mRNA in model group and NS group were higher than those in normal group( P<0. 01 ). HGF group,SASP group and HGF&SASP group were lower than those in model group and NS group( P<0. 01 ). HGF group and HGF&SASP group were no statistical significance with normal group( P >0. 05 ). SASP group was lower than in normal group( P<0. 05 ), There was no statistical significance between HGF group, SASP group and HGF&SASP group( P >0. 05 ). Conclusion: The results indicate that expression of P-selectin is increased in oxazolone-induced colitis and can be inhibited by HGF.关键词
